Fiddletown Neighborhood Radio Watch

The Fiddletown NRW is a non-profit, al-volunteer, community-based organization serving Fiddletown and surrounding communities. We provide a reliable method of communication for the community in the event of fire, weather, and other incidents that happen in our area. The radios work when power, cellular, and internet services are unavailable. We share real time information with each other by communication through powerful local GMRS radio repeaters that cover a wide area throughout Amador and portions of El Dorado counties. We are endorsed by both the Amador County Sheriff’s Department and the Amador County Office of Emergency Services. Our motto is “We look out for each other”.
